ALL RATES quoted at time of reservation are guaranteed with no additional time to be billed to Passenger or Corporation.

Flights arriving between the hours of 11:31PM & 5:30AM or ANY Reservations within this time frame, A night surcharge of $10.00 will apply on that Reservation(s).{NB} At time of reservation price quoted will NOT include this Night Charge, This Charge is Automatic. Please note if your arriving flight arrives early then the scheduled time but is at least 15 minutes [11:14pm] before 11:31Pm you will not be assesed the night charge.

[NB] AIRPORT PICK-UP-Driver will meet Passenger INSIDE BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA. Designated for YOUR flight only.

It is the Passengers responsibility to meet the Driver at the CORRECT Baggage Claim carosel for arriving flight, Even with no Checked baggage to claim.

 [A] WAITING TIME : At all airports : Passenger has 30 minutes FREE wait from the scheduled or the UP-DATED time by dispatch.

AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Dispatch will up-date your arriving flight 1 [ONE ] hour prior to your scheduled or reserved time. The E.T.A given to our dispatch by your carrier will be considered as actual and dispatch will amend your reservation if arriving late or ahead of scheduled time. AAA Platinum Car & Limousine, (AQN Limo, Limousines International) assumes no Responsibility for any additional delays for your arriving flight if arriving late or for MIS-INFORMATION by your carriers flight update system or representative. Passenger will be charged waiting time at the appropriate rate for type of service vehicle requested - {Flight delay related disputes MUST be directed to your carrier }.

Passengers Arriving at ship terminals that require customs & immigration clearance. Please note that on SOME occasions dis-embarkations did not start as scheduled & took Several Hours AFTER the reserved time for service. Please Understand that Waiting time will be charged> Such disputes MUST be directed to your cruise line representatives for complaint & re-Embursements.

{B} NO CONTACT: If Passenger cannot locate driver, PASSENGER MUST NOT LEAVE the area. Passenger MUST call our Dispatch to help assist in locating the driver. Passenger must call our dispatch to avoid a NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION CHARGE.

OUT OF TOWN PICK-UP : We endeavor to dispatch reserved vehicle well before time. Please consider traffic build-ups - & roadworks which are unexpected cause Minor or extensive delays  that are Not within our control, We ask passengers to be patient & understanding, We guarantee your arrival on time or within acceptable time frame. Passenger MUST NOT leave pick-up location without prior approval from our dispatch . Passenger will be charged FULL reservation rate for Unapproved Departure.

{C} For Address Pick-up, Passenger has 15 (Fifteen) minutes GRACE time from reserved time for pick-up. On the 16th (sixteenth) minute Grace time will end & passenger will be charged waiting time at the appropriate rate for type of service requested from the original reserved time.

{D} CANCELLATION / Amendments: Passenger or Agent must call our dispatch to amend or cancell reservation(s) 8 hours minimum prior to the reserved time to avoid a NO-SHOW or CANCELLATION CHARGE , which ever is the greatest amount.

STRETCH Limousine & bus reservations require a minimum cancellation of 24 hours for a 25% penalty of the service contract reserved 100% Penalty for cancellation less than 36 Hours. Amendments are discresionary & will be decided accordingly. For NO PENALTY Cancellation a minimum of 72 hours notice is REQUIRED.  For motor coach reservation cancellations a minimum of 72 hours required for a 50% cancellation fee of reserved contract. For less than 72 hours notification will require 100% penalty of the contracted rate.

{E} It is the responsibilty of the reserving agent & passenger to check the accuracy of the information on the confirmed reservation notice. Passenger & or Reserving agent MUST inform reservations of any inaccuracies observed to amend accordingly. No such Information reported will be concidered as accurate.

Passenger & Or reserving agent/Agency understands that in the unlikely event that AAA Platinum Car & Limousine is unable to provide reserved vehicle due to any reason beond its control including mechanical failure, AAA Platinum Car & Limousine will at its discretion & ability may provide an up graded vehicle or a vehicle that will satisfy the obligations of the reservations contracted this may also include a vehicle that was not requested. In No such case will a refund be issued. AAA Platinum Car & Limousine may at its discretion may provide a credit to a future reservation ( Credit Voucher will be valid for a period of 12 Months from Date of issue ).
